A Very unhappy customer MTN Mondo’ *********** staff
I’ve been calling MTN by now. I have spoken to all MTN contract calls center people with no success. I just need my refund. Its not like I cancelled for no good reason it was because of your ‘MTN Mondo’ *********** staff delivering a wrong order and not doing the necessary paper work after collecting the wrong order I had to send back the following day of the delivery.
I don’t know if this is how MTN now makes money by debiting people even though they clearly could not deliver. All I know is that I want my money MTN has cost me a lot of unnecessary extra expenses and stress over this matter
I’m just not happy at all with MTN this is too much

It a good thing you mentioned trust, I don’t trust MTN Contract people anymore. I’ll never recommend any one to buy from them when they call to offer anything. I now prefer to go to the nearest store in case of a customer complain your problem can be solved the same day. It only Vodacom that can resolve online matters online in a short period of time. As for MTN I’m very disappointed. And I still want my money nje.
