A Very frustrated (ex client and never using mtn ever again)

zero star, pethatic service, *********** individuals who give wrong info then you suffer for it at the end.... my contract was for 36 months ending In April 2023, I called on 6 Marc 2023 to ensure that I will never be debited again after contract end month, the lady said no I won't be debited everything is fine, my last debit is in April. then April came I received an sms saying that my contract is now on a month to month and they put the amount I need to pay, I then called 135 on 27 April to ask, they say the lady (Lindelwa)that I spoke to was supposed to tell me about cancelation and connect me with them she also mentioned Tha there was no information on the system about the call I made , then I told her I dnt want anything I dnt want to pay for that she then logged a case ***, and told me her supervisor will call me before the end of the day but nothing till today I gave her my number *** (this is my number, my contract numbers were for 2 laptops I bought that came with routers) before that she also advised me to call on a working day to cancel the contract so that it is no longer open, then the case she logged will be for this month since I said I dnt want to be charged. I called then my contracts are now canceled. but now I am still going to be debited for this month to month I never asked for, I dnt want to reverse any debit order please remove the owing amount immediately, the data you put on these numbers I will not use it. I do not want anything to do with MTN, today I have made over 5 calls I keep getting transferred numerous times, I am soooo tired and so Frustrated My God I am so so annoyed. Zero stars
