A very ****ed off client

Never have I ever dealt with such an *********** organisation. I want to cancel my month to month contract with them. I paid them for both September and October, I sent a proof of payment for both incidents, they still double debited me in October. I spoke to an agent by the name of Esethu and even escalated the matter to an even more *********** superior by the name of Ryan Bock who does not respond to emails. I’m livid!!! I’m ****ed off !
