A very bad attitude and customer service
Good day<br> I just experience a very bad customer service at mtn in Game shopping centre in Ladysmith from the lady call Nelisiwe I went there to do an application for a contract phone ...firstly i stood there for 5-7 mnts being ignored then when she finally try to assist me she was so rude she rudely told me to go to another mtn store coz she just came back from leave so she dont have an access to do applications and i asked is there anyone who can coz i wont be able to to that other mnt shop now is little bit far as im still at work she told me no she is on leave if i cant go to that other shop i must wait for her ,,,and i don't understand how can the manager or mtn not make sure that since she is alone there at least she must have access on daily things o just close the shop coz its not in any assistance to us as customers coz she did told me that she came back this week and sent the some forms to have access but she is still waiting for a respond ....I am very unhappy the way i was treated and with the store its /company .....
