A telco that makes calling difficult

How is it possible that you make contacting you soooooo difficult, actually in my case impossible? I used the whatsapp option, which is completely useless to a non-client. But I was encouraged to be directed to direct number 083 135 that I can call if I want to talk to an agent (same number on website).

When I call that number, I have 4 options only: 1. help with an existing number 2. help with MTN money 3. Port a number 4. listen to the options again

Got nowhere.

Oh my word. And here I am trying to contact you to help me take out a new data contract. How silly of me!
