A star for MTN Ladysmith

After my recent serious altercation with MTN Direct, I decided to visit the MTN Ladysmith branch in the San Marco Centre. I was met with a friendly smile and great service by a lady named Ronisha Kemraj. I explained to her what I was looking for and she gave me proper advice and helped me to complete everything needed for the deal I was interested in. I left the store a happy potential customer. The next day she made contact with me to update me on the progress and after that kept in constant email contact during the whole process. Two days later and I have my new phone. At the time of pickup she explained everything to me that needs to happen to register the device and how to go about getting my data and connected. I would just like to thank Ronisha for the great service and making me feel like the most important customer from the instant I walked into the store. She is a shining example of what customer service should be like. MTN direct can learn a lot from this lady. Well done Ronisha!
