A simple task it would seem

I ordered my new cel phone from the corporate call centre on the 30/01/215 and was told that it would take 5-7 working days to deliver. Mtn called me on monday 02/02/2015 and advised that there was a system problem with my order. To date the request has been escalated but I have been given no clarity on when delivery will take place. It seems that the escalation procdure as the company is failing me....

We are truly sorry for the breakdown in service and for the delayed response. It was not our intention to have dissatisfied you in any way.

We have now perused your account and see that the request that was logged to clear the error was dealt with accordingly.

We requested that our Corporate Department to process the upgrade and get the device delivered as soon as possible.
