A service with no service or customer service - MTM

What a disgraceful network, having a debit from R319 to R1818 per month without a peep of a notification, no authorization, especially a call for such a jump in price, affordable or not it just happens . Empty promises on black friday deals, unanswered queries/calls, speaking to 15 different people with no resolve, I would honestly stay away from mtn. Being a loyal customer for more than 10 years, I will never recommend them ever again.
