A promised phone call that never happened

<p>Today I was contacted by a lady from mtn and promised to receive a phone call from the supervising team and yet nothing its been 3 days now since my complaint and yet no solution has come from this. The supervising team should have called me back and yet the day has passed. Where is the service and why empty promises. </p>
