A Pleasant Experience
My wife's contract was due for an upgrade, we were highly interested in the Samsung s8 + the free Samsung J5 Pro. I called multiple branches to find out of their availability. I called the MTN shop in Mall of Africa (Midrand), which the agent told me that he has only 1 available. I asked him if he could reserve the phones for me as I will be there after work to collect. Upon arrival, my experience was pleasant, everything was done so quick and efficient. The agent that really requires goes the extra mile to make sure that the clients are satisfied is Darren. Thank You!!!!
