A perfect example of service delivery

After initially experiencing dismal service delivery from Refilwe Molefe, I spoke to her manager Tiny Tsele who then went above and beyond the call of duty to fix the issues. Tiny also changed my consultant to Thandi who also was a pleasure to deal with and kept to her promises by providing me regular feedback. Tiny did much more than that, she ensured that the device/contract I was upgrading was processed speedily and also kept to her promise of delivering the handset on the specified date. At all times, Tiny herself contacted me to keep me abreast of the progress. This is a testament to what service excellence truly is and also an excellent example of a manager's response to a subordinate failing in providing the same. All the best Tiny, you are most certainly an asset to the organisation. Keep up the great work!!!
