A nightmare getting statements from MTN

I'm trying to get my statements for the last tax year from MTN and it seems like NO ONE in that company can assist! I spoke to 5 people from their call center on Friday requesting my statement 4 of which told me they can't assist and will transfer me to someone else. The fifth lady says she has to escalate a request become her system doesn't allow her to access our statements. Their app only has statements for the last 3 months. Which clearly does not help!!!!
