A New High in terms of INCOMPETENCE

I app**** for 2x Apple iPhone 6 contracts at the branch on 07/06/15. on 09/06-15, I received an SMS to inform me that my application had been approved.
Yesterday, 24/06/15 , the store manager Simone phoned me to inform me that my phones had arrived and were ready for collection.
I arrived at the store this morning and patiently waited for approximately 20 minutes for the safe to open so that the phones could be accessed. the lady assisting me then proceeded to activate the 2 phones. 20 minutes later, I was informed that my application was provisionally approved and she had to now request that my limit be increased before she could complete the activation process. A FULL 45 MINUTES LATER. I HAD TAKEN TIME OFF WORK TO COLLECT THE PHONES, AND THE LADY CONCERNED AND HER MANAGER WERE SO INDIFFERENT- THEY DIDN'T GIVE TWO HOOTS. WHEN I REQUESTED HEAD OFFICE NUMBER TO COMPLAIN, I WAS WILLINGLY SUPP**** WITH IT.
THE *** NUMBER RANG FOREVER, AND 28 MINUTES LATER, I WAS INFORMED THAT STAFF WERE ON STRIKE AND THAT NO ONE COULD ASSIST ME.
IS THIS A COUNTRY TOWN SYNDROME, OR IS MTN IN RAPID DECLINE?

Hello zunaid786ally,

We do apologize for the inconvenience caused and for the delayed response to your post.

We've now contacted our Vetting Department and they confirmed that the contract was conditionally approved, however the credit limit increase has been declined due to affordability.

We will suggest that you return to the store with documents confirming that you will be able to afford the contracts, they will submit the documents for review and make contact with you thereafter.

Regards
Tim
