A NEW CONTRACT PHONE

<div>Hi, I have app**** for a contract phone from MTN and i was promised within 24hrs my application will be processed. I apply on the 02/11/2019 and till today 07/11/2019 am yet to receive any information on either my application has been accepted or not, this is really frustrating. MTN needs to understand that for anyone to come to their office to request for a contract phone their must have been a cogent reason for that and I feel like this is so unprofessional. </div>
