A month of no signal during these uncertain times

My elderly parents have been stuck without cell signal for near a month now, requiring them to drive all the way to town to contact the mtn hellp centre, during a time in witch it is extremely dangerous with the virus going about, meaning no one can be sure of their safety until such a time as they do go in to town. It is extremely disappointing that MTN is willing to leave the elderly stranded in such a way for so long an extended time.
