A MONTH LATER AWAITING DELIVERY OF TV

I put in a complaint on 14 March 2016 where my husband went to upgrade for a cell and tv package. We were intially advised delivery of the tv would be 2-3 working days. After a week with no response I complained and was given a call from the store we did the upgrade at (Small MTN East East Rand Mall), where we advised that they did not tell us 2-3 working days but in fact 30 days! The lady had the nerve to ask my husband why he put in a complaint against her. Well, it is now 30 days later and still no delivery of this TV. We have paid our monthly installment for something we did not yet receive. PATHETIC MTN!! I am disgusted at your lack of service delivery. I will not do business with your company again. I DEMAND AN ANSWER TODAY! No excuses or I will take legal action against you as I am paying for something I have not yet received. I DON\T WANT PATHETIC EXCUSES I WANT DELIVERY OF MY TV!!! "
