A month and still waiting

I have a contract with mtn and I have taken an additional contact with them for a tablet sapphire the one for R49 a month I was approved and all that was left was for me to get my phone I took this contract in bluff mall mtn where I now have been waiting n entire month the staff seems to give zero care I been calling I even requested the regionals number or email address they then had the nerve to give me the customer care instead of the regional managers number they keep saying it's coming it's coming I wouldn't be making such a fuss but I had taken it as a gift for my gran the bluff mtn staff honestly don't know how to follow up or even treat their customers I do wish someone who is in a hire position can see this post how do I wait and entire month and no one gives me feedback if I don't call and ask for it I don't know if theu want to be put in the papers first or what must first take place I've been patient and I'm now annoyed such **** service honestly

Yes I am aware that it has not been added but my contract has been approved all the paperwork was filled in and done and approved if it has not been captured it's the agents fault she had told and showed me that I'm approved all that was not there was the phone which I've been waiting for a month today a consultant not the one I was dealing with tells me the warehouse won't be sending any yet a month ago I was told to wait it's in his way and today I'm told a different story which was I told to wait so long no regional manager has called me why has mtn put or advertised a phone in its latest catalogue if there is nothing in warehouse rather I take this to the media I'm been called and told they still looking for the phone yet I was told ten phone are on their way to bluff store and today something else the bluff staff seems not to be serious I might be from arouns the area but I'm not the clown I will take this further if means be how many years must one wait for a phone
