a month and still waiting

i sent my phone in for repairs on the 26th of January 2015. i was told i had to pay R330 once i recieve it back, how was this possible because according to my knowledge i did nothing to the phone. the phone was a galaxy grand neo which i recieved in October 2014. why should i pay for that? regardless my phone was booked in for repairs, till date i have not recieved it. i sent in a complaint with the customer services department inquiring about when my phone would be ready for collection. my query was forwarded to the repair centre of which i then received feedback within two days, the email read \please note your phone is still awaiting evaluation'. I feel this is unfair
