A MONTH, AND NO DELIVERY OF A CELLPHONE

I did an upgrade with MTN, a month later, no phone, yet a bill has been sent. They haven't responded to my complain, their call centre agent and sales people are the worst!!!!I don't have much to say, I am completely disgusted.
