A lot of hidden cost

Recently got the R249 uncapped router on the 18 December ,was told to pay an upfront fee of R409 which is a pro rata rate for December and the subscription price for January... On the 1st of January I received a statement to pay an additional R200 which was never disclosed to me when I initially took up the plan, called their customer service twice, my calls were always disconnected by the agents and when I finally got through to an agent I was told something totally different from what the sales person told me, ended up paying R650 for a plan that costs R249.... Be careful when signing up for a product with MTN, the sales persons will say just about anything in order to secure a sale, there are alot of amounts that are hidden you'll be surprised when the deal is done that you're actually paying more than what is stipulated.... They don't even deserve that 1 star, paying R650 for 100gb "fair usage" of data is pathetic
