A Letter

I have two numbers and I have provided my full time line which is the ********** cause the MTN number you do as you please with that number, you close my line anytime and open it whenever MTN wants, for now I am not using it. With this query I would prefer communication to be done via emails or in writing so that I can have my records cause the next you know the phone recordings will not have been saved. I am requesting a "letter of deadlock" you should know about it as MTN, I am escalating my matter to Ombudsman about my second contract because it is really giving me nightmares and as MTN you are not meeting my needs and fail me big time, you just do not know how to manage it. I get every time when I get a statement cause I know my high blood will be triggered by it. Cause even now if as a service provider you cannot get hold of me on my phone you can also send me an email, cause my phone is not the only form of communication I can have. I am not updated about my account, I constantly have to follow up with you MTN, some customer service you have. If i did not ask about my account how was I suppose to know about these credits you have mentioned above, which means the statement was gonna talk to me and I would have to figure out on my own and calculate on my own. What a pathetic service really. I would ask again about my account, the second contract where is it standing now ? Is it at R299 again or the new price of R146 which came to my surprise last month that how did you guys came to R146 now. Whilst I am still expecting R79pm the amount I had agreed on but its difficult for MTN to get around that amount. If its really that difficult can I cancel that line cause this is getting old now, its half a year already and I am still requesting the same thing again from MTN. What can be so difficult really MTN.
