A job well done to MTN champion, Delene from Chatsworth Centre Branch
Hi, I recently had a problem with my Android phone. I was unable to download any files from the internet or sites. I went into the Chatworth Centre, Durban branch for assistance. Delene tried her best to help me for over an hour and I must admire her determination and positive attitude, she really did not want to give up. Eventually she could not solve the problem and advised that she was going to log a ticket with their technicians. During the entire time of waiting she kept contacting me to find out if there has been any progress. I am happy and pleased to say that my phone now works. I want to thank Delene for going the extra mile and the effort she has put in assisting me, I wish there was more people like her working in the mobile networks stores.
