A FORCED,******** UPGRADE WITHOUT MY CONSENT
On Monday 14 March 2016 i received messages on my cellphone stating that i have been upgraded to a new handset and data was loaded on my phone and free smses. No one called me to make such an arrangement and i have never visited any MTN store as i have no interest in doing any more business with them.MTN has been failing me as a service provider and now they are *****ing from me. I never want anymore contract with MTN as the current one i have is due to expire next month, now MTN is robbing me daylight, live!!!! I am ready to spread the word on this ridiculous act of ********ity from MTN.
