A extremely bad service from MTN!
<p>I recently opened another contract with MTN at a different store ( Cavendish Square) It's been more than a week since my sim card from the new contract has not been activated. This has never happened before at another store the sim and connection took a few seconds. I contacted various mtn departments and no one can help me with that and I've contacted the Cavendish square store all day everyday and they just don't answer surely they can't be that busy because whenever I go to the store they are doing absolutely nothing and I've had such bad service from that store I've been told i shouldn't make my problem theirs but it's their problem for not checking everything properly but instead they give me attitude. I'm really disappointed with the service I've been getting from MTN!</p>

I have just received an sms notification that an amount was debited from my bank account from mtn after I was told by the manager( Junaid Gire) I won't be credited for the contract which has still not been activated in which I was also told it will be deactivated. I've also been told it would take 48hours and it's been yet more another week and that I'll be contacted as well and I still haven't received any thing . I have however been to the Mtn Cavendish store several times and I'm just really frustrated and unhappy with mtn at this point. It's one disappointment after the other. I posted a review before about this is the service I've been getting and the amount debited from my bank account. I AM EXTREMELY FED UP NOW!
