a contract not agreed upon

I logged in a complain about mtn regarding the 2nd contract that I didn't sign for. After trying to get help from the shop (mtn mall@carnival) where I took the contract and help not forth coming, I wrote to Hello Peter and Jessica John from mtn make sure that the problem get solve.
