A consultant will call you.... NOT !!!!

I app**** online month and a half ago already for a new MTN contract. I received a message that a consultant will phone me. I eeceived a call from a guy that adviced me that I have been approved and gave me a few options of type of phone that I can get. I wasn't sure what device I want so he promised to phone me back the following day,which is more than 34 days ago. Ever since then I have been lodging a call me back or trying to get hold of a consultant to assist and finilize my order but with no success.. all I receive back everytime is that a consultant will phone me back within 48 hours yet nothi g happens. It feels like MTN doesn't want my business and don't care that during the Covid 19 lockdown a contract phone is necessary to conclude business... please help as I am out of ideas to try and get hold of MTN
