A complete *******

I was hounded non stop my MTN call centre to upgrade my contract, after numerous times telling them that I was happy with my phone and did not want to injure extra costs the one consultant told me he could reduce my monthly amount. Which he then proceeded to do. There was a small data bundle that I told him to cancel. Yesterday I went into MTN as my phone is now broken and I am now ready for an upgrade only to discover that the "supposed reduction" of my fee was in actual fact them locking me into another 24 month contract and according to them this was an UPGRADE! This is a disgusting misrepresentation and predatory approach towards their customers. I also then calculated that all the packages available are more expensive than anyone else including I- store itself .... just appalling
