A complaint against MTN Zakhele Futhi shares

Hello Peter,My name is Alina Mantwa Kobo In September 2016 I bought MTN Zakhele Futhi shares..Per share it was R20..i bought 300 shares the shares were R6000 They told me that I can only be able to trade my shares after 4 years..But the shares will only mature after 8 years. They never offered any training on how their shares will mature and how to trade..Only after 4 years when I trade my shares They told me that the first three years the money did not generate any profit..It was dead-money..The amount that I receive after 4 years is R2,973.25. When I require answers from them, What happened to my money for the past 4 years when it did not generate any profit whilst I bought shares from them. The only answer I got from them was that the first three years my money did not generate any profit of any kind. The other Issue is that when I bought my shares at MTN Zakhele Futhi..I bought them at Nedbank branch..but when I went to Nedbank to require about why I don't ever get updated ever since I bought those shares.. Nedbank says that they were only agents for MTN Zakhele Futhi but surprisingly on the prospectus there is a Nedbank letterhead and MTN's letterhead. After I sold my shares I got a Statement for the first time from Nedgroup private wealth stockbrokers . The Statement has a Nedbank letterhead.
