A company with no care

Even after my last complaint mtn still does not deliver I'm still waiting for my phone to be delivered worst of all its so hard to get through to their call centre cos you speak to the same consultants Lerato and Patrick and when you ask to speak to a manager they they always in meetings im on my second Derbit order and I haven't barely used the phone meaning mtn has charged me for a service they not rendering to me and dare to demand a refund they will tell you about contracts where by they in breach of my contract with them. I've sent emails after emails because you won't get them on that call centre and still not even one person has responded so I'm still sitting with their Loan phone that doesn't work.. Nothing about this organization is customer oriented I feel like such a fool
