a company that doesn't care

I recently bought an iphone6 which came with insurance of course, unfortunately a week later the screen cracked so I had to claim. I phone their customer care so that tjey can process my claim, I was told that it takes 24hours for them to come collect my phone and apon collection they give you a loan phone, firstly it took them a whole 5 working days to collect the phone as compared to their 24hours! amongst the 5 days I would call them to fins out why are they not collecting my phone and everyday they was a differ excuse they even went as far as lying in saying the courier company came to my office but when they phoned me I ddnt answer, firstyly its common courtesy when you get to a company to ask the receptionist to call down the person you are there to see!! anyway so they finaly come collect the phone vecause I finally got a hold of a manager!! and gave me an iphone 5c as a loan phone so here come the worst part the loan phone doesnt work I had to go to an istore so that they can wipe the phone for me but they advised that the phone is beyond repair, im gone on holiday all the way in KZN and I dont have a cell phone cos their loan phone does not evn read my sim card! a
