A change of heart

I have had a really tough time trying to resolve the issue with my handset and today I was assisted by a young man named Patrick Siyakamela who has renewed my faith in the network. Patrick went above and beyond to double check the issue with my phone trying all the methods he could think of.. Although I have yet to return to the Mtn store to resolve the issue of my handeset, Patrick took it upon himself to even call back to check on the conclusion after transferring me to the technical team. His customer service approach is superb. Thank you Patrick for all your assistance despite the conclusion. You really take pride in your work. Charlotte Sibeko
