A case was logged for an account that has been **********ly opened on my name

A case was logged for an account that has been **********ly opened on my name. I have registered this as a case and it’s been dragging on for 4 months to close it and my name has been blacklisted as a non payer. I’ve asked for multiple follow ups. I received a response after a month and half asking for another copy of my certified copy of my id. This service is ridiculous
