A bunch of *****s

After months of struggling with mtn to fix my bills they still cant get it right. They are a bunch of *****s just out to make money and think they'll get away with it. They charging me for a line that was supposed to be cancelled due to my migration. We have to sit on the phone for hours and cant get through to them. I want a manager to all me and i want my money back. My refference numbers are: Nomfundiso-***, Thato-***, Presley-***. Their are a bunch of *********** ppl working there that doesnt know what they are doing. This time i will take further action as i have a contract that states what my bill should be and it is ******* for them to charge me incorrectly every month. I want someone to call me and i dont just want my query logged. Mtn just ****es me off and i regret the day i took out a contract with them. They offer pathetic service.
