A bunch of idiots

Simenyiwa Khumalo was apparently the senior agent I spoke to, after the one answering the phone could not help. Spoke to this Simenya Khumalo on 16 July 2020 and she promised to come back to me. Today 24 July 2020 6 days later and NO FEEDBACK. I really hope she didn't die of Covid-19 and it is just that she is as useless as the rest of MTN staff.
