A Breath of Fresh Service!

I have been to quite a few MTN stores, and I don't remember ever receiving such pleasant service. I was at the store in Springs Mall this past Saturday for an upgrade, and was assisted by Ilana Roos. She greeted with a smile and smiled all the way until she said goodbye. She knows her products, and she was able and willing to answer all questions we had. She's very friendly and polite. I wish every assistant at MTN could learn from her. Big ups to her and I hope she keeps it up!!!
