A Black Friday Lie

My wife and I went to the Jabulani mall MTN last year November during the black Friday, MTN had a special where you get 50GIGs of data for R299 a month but since i took the special i have never received that 50Gigs since and instead have only been receiving 20 Gigs split into 10 day and 10 night, i wonder how many people that took that very same special offer are also getting hoodwinked like myself and my wife. I called MTN after 2 months because i realized that my data was running out too quickly and when i spoke to the consultant she confirmed my suspicion and told me to go back to the shop of which i have gone back about 6 times and am still not receiving my contractually agreed 50Gigs. When i wanted to cancel due to the contractual breach from MTN i was told that i would have to pay a cancellation fee even though i have held my side of the contract and it was MTN who has de*****ed myself and my wife. If we had missed payments or paid less then the R299 i would be getting calls from MTN attorneys or even blacklisted by now but since we are being de*****ed nothing has been done. I am highly disappointed and disgusted with MTN and their services.
