A big thank you

After posting several reviews in an attempt to get somebody at MTN to assist me with a billing problem I was contacted by Alice vd Merwe who after hearing what I had to say said that she would be handling my complaint and would get back to me after speaking to her manager. True to her word within a hour she had contacted me to tell me that the manager had agreed to reverse the R19,000.00 data charges. The reversal of the data charge was a great relief but the purpose of this review is to say a big thank you to Alice vd Merwe who done exactly what she had promised when she contacted me and kept me informed of what was happening. Thank you Alice you have restored my faith in MTN.
