A big thank to a true MTN Champion indeed!!

A special thank you to Nini Tshabalala from the customer care centre who handled my husband's query on Tuesday evening. My spouse took up a Home Wi-Fi contract for us, but only for it not to be picking up any network. This was a major obstacle because more than anything, we needed the device to operational as I work from home. After umpteenth phone calls to the customer care centre we were still not getting any joy nor assistance, when all hope was lost on our last attempt to the customer care line; we were assisted by the above-mentioned lady who wanted to help and made sure she did, the only barrier to us and the device was an incorrect address captured therefore we were barred. Upon Nini capturing the correct address, we were miraculously sorted.. Words aren't enough to express my our gratitude to Nini.
