A Beyond Horrible Network Service Provider

Mtn is the most horrible network service provider one can ever work with. I regret taking up a contract with them or using the as as service provider all along. Instead of them getting better they just keep getting worse. Honestly they do not even deserve that 1 star. I took out my contract in October. Firstly what the lady explained to me and what we agreed on we're two different things. She told me I would only pay 480,get minutes and data on the 17 of every month. To my surprise when I called them I'm supposed to pay 580 every month and the data is now just 1 gig and 25 mins. I let that slide. The money I pay every month keeps Increasing every month and I only received this data and minutes once. But I have to pay for it still. This month oh they excelled. Unisa gives me data either on the last day of the month or first day. I'm always hardly on my phone as I'm always at work or I'm connected to wifi but somehow on the 8th I had used up 80% of my data. Don't get me started on the so called service champions who pick up the phone and pretend they are unable to hear you. I work at a call center. I've seen my agents do that. Beyond horrible. Can't wait to get it over and done with this network
