A BATTLE TO GET MY CONTRACT CANCELLED

I phoned in on the 03/02/2016 to cancell my contract that expired on 20/01/2016. The consultant advised me that I will lose all data, airtime etc as i wanted to be switched over to Prepaied. I was then advised that i have up until the 10/02/2016 to cancel.
I called back on the 09/02/2016 to cancel and was told by a consultant that she has sent an email to the cancellation department and I will receive an sms, cancellations take up to 5 working days.
I called back on the 10/02/2016 to confirm cancellation and I was told that an escalation will be sent off once again and was given a reference number.
On the 12/02/2016 I was advised by Pillisa Letsala that a cancellation takes up to 7 working days and that I should call back on 17/02/2016 as my contract should be cancelled.
Its 17/02/2016 and still my contract is not cancelled, numerous escalations has been sent to the department that \cancel contracts\" but still nothing. Akhona Gillman who i spoke to adv it takes up to 24-48 hrs for an escalation to be worked. I informed i wanted this contract to cancelled before 20/02/2016 as I do not want another Debit order to go off !

Im so frustrated as Im getting no assistance!"

Hello s.k145,

Thank you for your post.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with our service.

The contract expired 25-1-2015 and the contract cancelled and converted to prepaid 17-2-2016.

The request has been done for the credit to be passed for the February 2016 invoice. The debit order has been cancelled. The credit will be used to clear the account balance for R155.04.
Kind Regards,

Alice van der Merwe
