96 Hours Without Network!!!

96 Hours without a network in the region, and now the LTE/internet is painfully slow! This is completely unacceptable by ALL telcos in the region. Vodacom says it is an MTN issue, and MTN says it is a Vodacom issue - either way, all customers are suffering due to this complete disregard for service delivery in the region.

Barville tower (in the Eastern Cape, near Port Alfred) was vandalised and neither MTN nor Vodacom took ownership to restore the tower. MTN restored its side first and left Vodacom out - apparently, it is an MTN tower. Both Telcos are refusing to work with local security to protect the tower from future vandalism.
