Mtn i am so dissappointed in your service, i have been emailing the legal department forever and i only got a response now which completely complicating my life right, how on earth can i be owing 2356.19 after i have been making payment from July when i was given a balance of R1856 and i have the facts to back this up, if you havent cancelled my contracts which ended a long time ago for that matter please do it now... i dont want anything to do with you people all i want is a statement of my billing since July and sort this out because you are affecting my ITC.. im taking this route because i tried calling legal department for hours on end but with no response. you are the worst in service i must say.. i mean i send an email on the 26th of Feb and get a response on the 4th of May then you call yourself a company with ethics and morals.
