9 months and waiting - for refund

<p>Poor service – been waiting for 9 months and counting for MTN to take off my old SMS bundle, been charged every month, I call every month to follow up as I get billed – I get the…….. It will be resolved.</p> <p> </p> <p>10 years with the mobile company and they can’t get a simple request right – cancelled my Data contract now it’s time to cancel my mobile contract.</p>
