8th post and my device has still not being delivered and no contact from mtn

This is my 8th post to mtn , bought a prepaid phone on there online store and paid for it with my credit card.

Spoke to Kabelo Brett Mosimanyane , Alice van der Merwe and Willem Jnr Loots and only received one phone call from alice who said that i will get feedback but none as of yet. I already PAID my money to mtn for the device but i got no device delivered this is ridiculous. Called there call centers and no one can help me and called dsv they need my order number which i provided but no parcel found for me as yet.

I am tired of this now its been 26 working days already .

How can i get this resolsved or how can i get my money back? Im thinking of just going to the policy station
