8months Down The Line, Query Still Not Resolved.

This is the 3rd time I'm writing a review about MTN and about the same issue. The incompetency of their workers amazes me.

I always have to write a review for me to get just a feedback about my query, all that they want is for me to keep on paying for what I'm not using.

From May 2017 today it's January 13, 2018, still nothing from them, when I call they keep on telling me that the ***** department hasn't given them feedback.

No one is willing to help, and now the guy who said he'llhelp me, Kabelo Mosimanyane, he's not responding to any of my emails.

They're the most *********** useless company to ever get involved with.
