**** **** **** !!!!!

I am highly disappointed and disgusted by the service I have received...firstly I have been charged 2 weeks pro-rata fees of which I only received the wifi on the last two days of the pro-rata week and activated on the last day of that 2 weeks so I have been clearly over charged ..not only I do not have access to my wifi password I have called time and time again and I have not been answered I am currently sitting with wifi that has been paid for a full month and 2 weeks pro-rata that I cannot use ...I have tried to use the mtn app and can't allocate my wifi home package!! I want this package cancelled and a full refund...first time using mtn and highly disappointed by the pathetic service and will definitely be taking my money else where!!!
