I purchased Airtime and data today separately from my bank apps which is went through on which I got proof on sms for it then a minute later all is disappeared, this is new way to **** money from customers

18 Oct 2025, 15:50My MTN data and Airtime still not refund yet , I called mtn customer care spoke with mihle velelo she said I used 1.2gb data and R60 airtime in a seconds asper mtn computer , this is kind of stunt they pulled on older people that doesn’t understand anything about internet speed and download not a cellphone technician specialist. You must stop *****ing from customers .
