MTN is a **** even to their loyal customers.

I have been with MTN for more than 8 years and I haven't missed a payment.

Last year December 2025 they charged me an additional R4300-00 which no one from MTN can explain why it was charged.

There are more than 5 cases which were open with customer care line and they were all closed with no positive feedback.

I'm calling MTN everyday with no help, I paid and I was debited also yesterday and still lines can't be restored.

They also ****med my women with a similar strategy.
