I did an upgrade on my account 2 months ago for a promo bundle which included the TV and the Samsung Phone. I have received the phone but to date I am still waiting for the TV. Each time I try and contact MTN Sandton City I am told Paul will call me back. I have never received a call from him I have had no update or feedback and each month I am expected to pay for something which I do not have. I think this is disgusting and quite frankly would like to cancel this if there is no feedback given.
