I had a cellphone contract with MTN, I was retrenched at work from 15-05-2013 they said i must send the documents to them then I did . last year September i recieved a call from Shapiro Shaik Defries requesting me to pay MTN. I was owing MTN R5800.00 I have paid to total amount of R1200.00 But now they told me that I am owing MTN close to R7000.00. I have never signed any contract with these Shapiro Shaik guys the only contract that I signed is with MTN. the only thing I request is MTN to credit the amount paid then I will negotiate with then the amount I will afford to pay on monthy so that I can finish the amount I owe then. not someone I dont now to negotian on behalf of then.<br> <br> I will not pay until this issue is resolved between me and MTN not any one else.<br> <br> MTN should have contacted me in this regard as I am their customer.<br> I am owing them and I am willing to pay but not with someone I didn't sign any contract with.<br> <br>
